I have saved an impala roast from my Mokore hunt this year for the UDS smoker.
I did a lamb shoulder for Christmas lunch in the smoker, (sorry no photos[emoji1751]) came out superb... First time using avocado wood chips to smoke the nyama.

It wasn't our traditional Christmas Day of turkey and ham, but we made venison chili and corn bread from my son's buck. Simple and great eating after opening presents all morning.
