Made in 1914 all numbers match except the the floorplate lever. Was drilled and tapped for a receiver sight at one time. Some surface blemishes on the right side of the barrel at the front sight ramp. Does have a few worm holes in the horn buttplate. Otherwise excellent condition. 1950.00 shipped.

I've got dies, loaded ammo from Reeds, some plinking handloads and plenty of new Privi 8x57 brass which Reeds uses to make their 9x57 ammo from. One pass though the die is all that's needed. All this comes with the rifle, but the ammo will have to be sent separately.

Great looking rifle, in better condition that most I’ve seen. I understand some slug at .357, and can readily use the same bullets at the 35 Whelen etc - given that and the “x57” brass, it‘s a much easier reloading situation than some pre-war rifles. Good luck with the sale - someone will be a happy buyer.

Thanks gents.
I actually have some plinker rounds loaded using. 357 revolver bullets and 5744 powder. They hit to the sights at 40 yards. And yes standard .358 rifle bullets work perfectly in this rifle. Reeds even has a cast load.

Buy with confidence, @degoins is an honest member of this forum. I purchased a rifle from him. (y)
