Did you ever find any 500 A-Square loaded ammo or brass? I found some brass for it at decent price online, but the guy said it has a 500 Wby. head-stamp. I always thought that the 500 Wby. was the same as the .510 Wells (express), and not the 500 A2, so I haven't bought it yet.

I have not been able to find any headstamped 500 A2 brass yet, BUT have been in contact with “Qual-Cart.com”. They will notify me as soon as their supplies are restocked and they are filling orders for that caliber brass again. Neil told me they are expecting to be able to fill orders again by May 2025.

I do have 120 pieces of Norma brand 460 Wby brass that has been fitted for the 500 A2 and they work perfectly.

Properly fire-formed .460 WB brass works just fine. Not sure what the "headstamp" issue is?

Yes, 460 Wby brass works with no issue whatsoever.

Certain countries won’t allow ammo through customs unless it has headstamp matching caliber on rifle. All has to match, otherwise the ammo will be confiscated. I’ll be purchasing proper labeled brass strictly for travel reasons, not for the label.

This is something that I've heard as well (not sure if it's true or merely an urban legend ). Hence why I was looking for correct head-stamped brass. I didn't want to end up with a rifle and no ammo after lengthy (and costly) travel somewhere.
