.450 Rigby whats your opinion

Raven Rocks got lot of brass for 450 rigby.

Well it came with the rifle. I do have Barnes, woodleigh, Nosler, cutting edge bullets and plenty of brass. Plenty of Nosler ammo as well. Basicaly I need to thin the crowd.

Have been thinking of changing the .416 Rigby to a .450Rigby though....

I have a Rigby 450 PH rifle and I am a huge fan . I reload using 500grain pills at 2350 - 2400 fps . It is brilliant . I can always get the bullets and in a pinch I can use 416 brass . I had a 458Lott Ruger Safari Magnum - very nice but the Rigby is better . I actually prefer shooting it to my Rigby 416 Big Game ( to the point I’m considering selling the 416 ) . Much less felt recoil for some reason and very accurate . Great cartridge in a great rifle .
