I’m looking at the Park West Arms website.
It seems they make their Bushveld rifles with a left handed bolt.

You can certainly go this route, just be prepared for sticker shock. Personally, I'd buy a Ruger, Winchester or CZ and use the difference to go on several different hunts. Or if you want a custom gun, go with a Granite Mountain Arms rifle.
