404 Jeffrey Brass

There is a real whole in the market since Bertram bailed out of US, or whatever is happening there

Plenty of Hornady factory ammo is currently available. You might just bite the bullet (pun intended) and buy a few boxes and go have fun at the range. You will end up with once fired, fire formed brass for your rifle.

There are a couple of listings for brass on GB

I'm thinking of buying a box of the Hornady ammo. Their DGX bonded bullet is respectable but the powder load they put behind it is WAY too hot! I'll pound out the bullets and reload them with a kinder recipe. I have found 80 gr Accurate 4350 for 400 gr bullet is about as much as I can tolerate for recoil.

Hornady 404 brass is excellent! I've had bad luck with RWS. Too short and rim thickness is inconsistent.

What quantity are you looking for. Norma will be expensive like $9 a piece. Betram probably $8 a piece. Plus shippin you pay.

I’ve not seen them that high and if they are going for that I will just buy factory Hornady ammo and reload it when fired
