It looks like Hornady gets brass just for their ammo. Is not selling brass.that way they sell their ammo and bullets. Norma may do the same.

It's been an ongoing wait...Raven Rock has a very large shipment of 404J Norma brass coming. I think they ordered special run quantity. It was supposed to be here in mid-August. I reached out to them mid-Nov and they said it's still coming, they were hopeful it would be here before the year was out. I'm sure they'll post when it arrives. They're a sponsor here.

that’s really good news thanks for the info. I wonder if I can send them an email with a request as to when they’re coming I can get some.

Our 404J got delayed until spring of 2025... Really disappointing news for those who have been waiting, but we do have a handful of other calibers that are supposed to show up in early January.

How many pieces are you looking for. I have some Betram brass I bought last year. But they were $700 for 100 plus shipping cost.. If you can wait for Raven Rocks That is a good deal. Blii at RR is a great guy.

I have been seeing quite a lot of Hornady 404 ammo up on auction sites anywhere from $138 to $185 per box of twenty. Various different bullets (all 400 gr). I've been thinking about buying a box, pulling the bullets, and reloading. Hornady puts way too much gas in their ammo. Senseless to have that much recoil when not needed. I have almost two boxes of RWS brass but it is garbage. Cases too short and rims inconsistent thickness. Hornady brass is good stuff.
