My Buff handload that I rely on anywhere is based on a 300 grain A-Frame and H4350.
I load to just over 4,000 ft-lb ME, based on a 2,466 fps average MV. That MV is based on 10 consecutive rounds fired. I use H4350 for 2 reasons; the load is just over 93% load density that produces an SD in the low single digits, and the propellant is well known for its temperature insensitivity. Both Federal brass and magnum primers are used, though I've repeated the load with both Norma and W-W brass. Privi brass is next up for a tryout.
