I loaded some 130 grain TTSX for my 30/06 in Winchester cases, Federal 215 primers and 58 grains of CFE223. I shoot them in a day or so, anyone tried this combo?

The Barnes TTSX 130 is a great bullet and is my go to, but with Varget. There is no need for a magnum primer and the group sizes likely will shrink with a F210 or other large rifle primer.

3100 - 3200 fps is the sweet spot, even though 3200+ is easy to attain.

John Barnesness has stated that with ball powders like CFE223, Power Pro Varmint just to name a couple, that a magnum primer produces more consistent results.

John has lots of good info and certainly is worth heeding.

Either way, the .308 TTSX 130 is a wonderful bullet for hunting.

That may be the case when you get into minus degrees Fahrenheit but my personal experience with CFE223 in temperature down to minus 8 Celcius is that 70gn if CFE223 goes bang quite happily in my Whelen with standard large rifle primer and give great accuracy and low sd.
Even with the slower ball powder superformance I have no problems with standard primes and 60gn in my 25.

I load my sons 308 with 50gn of Varget/2208 behind a 130gn for 3,000fps.
This is a max load and should be reduced by a few grains and work up.
Case capacity of different brands of brass will NOT allow this load as it overflows the case. Federal premium brass is what I use and it holds that load easily but my mate uses lapua cases and can only get 47 gn in so be careful.

That seems a bit slow you should be able to get 3,200+ safely with that bullet in the 06. Either put more coal on the fire if it's SAFE or try a different powder.
In my sons 308 the 130s are only a fraction slower ( read a bit over 3,000fps).

I have loaded the 130g TTSX at 3000fps for almost 15 years in the 308 Winchester and have killed hundreds of red and roe deer with them with complete satisfaction. I have never had one fail to expand and never recovered a bullet.
I recently bought a Blaser R8 in 3-06 so reached for the 130g TTSX again. With RS50 powder - similar burn rate to Varget and Viht N140 I easily saw 3280fps without pressure signs but dropped down a bit. I haven’t shot anything live with that load yet but I’m confident it will work brilliantly.
