In the past year I bought 2 professional success stocks, 3 scope mounts and .223, .300 win mag and .375 H&H barrels from Cove Creek. Their pricing was significantly better than some of the other sources mentioned. I would definitely at least get a quote from them

A long range business jet has a flight time of 13-14+ hours so from the US it is 1 stop max to anywhere in Africa.

15 people on a Gulfstream for a 15+ hour flight is going to be less comfortable than business class on a commercial airline. You wouldn’t be able to convert seating to beds with that many people

Delta and Skyteam partner airlines will almost always be the best bet out of MSP in terms of convenience flying anywhere. Delta flies direct from ATL to Johannesburg and there are multiple flights a day between MSP and ATL. MSP is in my opinion one of the nicest airports in the US.

That seems in line with what I have found researching so far and that is exclusive of the cost of the tag, charter flight, etc. Sounds like the boat based hunts are quite a bit more expensive than other options.
