TomC, I have one on my double .470NE and can only rave about it! Never tried on a bolt gun, but cant see any reason it wouldn't be great! As Royal 27 says.............I am tickled with it and will be using it on my buff hunt which starts in 30 days!!! ;) will let you know after that!

Close Spiket, it's right at the end of the barrel, cause that's where the rail is. Very close to the barrel end. There is no front rail, cause the front mount is the QD hole. Seems ok and give a good picture, but wondering about reloading issues etc?
