Do you know if I need an german import licence? I read that in Lufthansa web site: Passengers are solely responsible for complying with the customs regulations, for the import licence as well as other required documents. This applies both to entering a country and to travelling through it.

No but as soon as I got another charge from a jug of windshield washer, I'll do it. ;)

I only cut the time of set up and the time after the last shot. All four shots were shot in +- 5 seconds. I was working that bolt very hard, never lifted my head of the stock, keeping my eye in line with the scope. With a little practice, everybody can do it.

If you go with BA, just make sure you don't have to switch airports between flights. Like landing in Heathrow and leaving from Gatwick.
