I sent a croc (euro skull and flatskin) to Splitting Image. I wasn't happy with the flatskin as they didn't follow instructions and they went overboard with paint. I've sent it back and I'm expecting it next week. That is relatively easy for me as I live in SA, but would probably be a problem...

Just to add to Frederik, I shot my male lion with a A-Frame out of a 404Jeff @ 2200fps. He was in the sphinx position and the bullet did not exit. Don't underestimate their size, use enough gun!

500gn Dzombo solid at 2150fps in 470NE. Frontal brain shot at 18 meters dropped the bull. I immediately took an insurance shot also frontal brain. Afterwards I wanted to test penetration and took a frontal body shot, the bullet penetrated more than 2 meters and exited. No bullets recovered...
