@Papa72
was able to do the morphing. Sent print file to Tim at Matrix Gunsmithing as he does the real work:) OAL is 3.685 per Hornady manual.
@Franco
Have ability to weight the 3D printed but have not exercised that yet (kinda a sitting on the desk thing)
below is the weight of the 3D...
wrote CAD program to 3D print cartridges, either to Saami or CIP specifications and some used for feed work. Not sure how much of demand would be for such a thing. Did not consider rimmed.

@Jack Stevens, could be.
I ran the numbers for 10lb rifle (not the same powder) with the smallest and largest charge:
charge of 120gn at 90% load density and 2252fps is 91ft-lbs
charge of 159gn at 106% load density and 2191fps is 106ft-lbs
what i use is a laser, such as Wheeler, place target at know distance, say 10-20yds, max magnification
and measure where each subtends lands the laser, then can estimate the reticle subtend spacing, at least get you close.

@RR 314

Neumann wrote Elephant Hunting in East Equatorial Africa about his hunting in 1898 He made his way to Lake Rudolph in search of more elephants and was terribly gored by a cow elephant and spent about 3 months laid up there. His description is something...
416 Rigby or the Remington. The Rigby has mucho anecdotal reports, over decades, on its performance on elephant and buffalo. Unfortunately does need a large action such as the CZ from @krish
some examples of laser engraving that Tim at Matrix Gunsmithing is doing for his customers.
here is my one and only rifle engraving, a tribute to Arthur Neumann.
My 495 Asquare has 2 six inch long tungsten rods
In the buttstock for balance and weight. It feels “solid” when I shoulder compare to my other wood stocked rifles.
