Some places already do this. I would not prefer to hunt there, but keep in mind this is somewhat how cull priced hunts work. You are paying less for a different sized trophy.

Yes, there are quite a few companies that operate tours out of Maun for Moremi. Our first time we used Botetis Tented Safari Lodge for accommodations and tours. The second time we stayed at Maun Lodge with our hunting outfit (NKWE Safaris) and they did our tour. Both experiences were great.

We have taken tours into the Moremi Game Reserve the both times we were there.

Kudu Gemsbok, Impala, Blue Wildebeest, and Warthog.

When we hunted with Jaco, both types of properties were hunted, some with high fence and some with low fences. It somewhat depended on the species hunted, a lot of the kudu are free range, with many of the other animals being high fenced. The high fenced properties are huge, just so you know.
