Are the prices for bowhunting the same?

Please define: "living per day" (lodging, meals, soft drinks ???), "all in..." , "drinks, snakes an so on" (water, bread, eating utensils ???); personally I eat snakes and have drinks while living each day.

Did anybody hunt with this member? I would like to hear some experiences from other hunters.

I hunted Latvia twice,some 10-12 years ago.

Now I do all my boar hunting in Hungary. Just back from our annul trip,37 boar and 5red hinds over 2 days.

I still wonder if the prices for bowhunts are the same?

Somehow i get the impression that this is not a very active offer. Too bad, i would have loved to try this once. @Sika98k -> Nice hunt. I've done a few of those hunts in East Germany. Reason i was interested in this add was that i still want to shoot my trophee red deer, and i was wondering whether the prices in Latvia would be a bit lower than in Germany. I don't mind a long trip for my once in a life time red deer.

Gold medal red stag is 210 CIC - Points and more, Minimum in Hungary is about 5000 €. For 2700 € I´ve never seen an offer, it seems to be a fake.
On the other side the fee for female red deer is 3x higher than standard - 100-150 €.

@Bart in my limited experience from two trips local hunting clubs control the hunting rights in Latvia.
We were on the first trip hunting on a Danish farmers land, friend of a friend, but needed the local clubs permission.
Each day we went to the local village to get some supplies and a crate of beer. Middle of summer now,it was hot. We bought a couple of small bottles of local vodka purely for research purposes.
On leaving the village the farmer told us the locals were wondering if we wanted to get drunk why we didn't buy just vodka it was so much cheaper.
Anyway they got the impression we were financially loaded and next year the trophy fees had rocketed. So the farmer set us up with a club about 120km distant.
On our arrival they changed the goalposts on the trophy fees..... So we sorted that out.
When we were leaving they were pressing business cards discreetly into our hands promising good deal next year...oh yeah.
So now I go to Hungary ! I find the outfitters professional, proficient and so far trustworthy. Trophy hunting is not cheap there but Hungarian red stags are world famous.

Sika.................sorry to hear about your second hunt, and the price gouging. I was kinda lookin forward to the Spring Beaver Hunt that was listed. Oh, well............FWB

@flatwater bill , a Swedish guy on our Hungarian trip offers beaver hunting up there. 1-15 May is best when the ice breaks up. Interested ? I can put you in touch.

Dear Mr.Krzyanowski,

I would like to hunt capercaillie and roebuck and if encountered wild boar in April,2015 in Latvia.Could it be arranged? If yes how big is my chance to get a capercaillie and if available black cock?I had a very bad experience in Sweden with the worst outfitter in the world.

regards,

Nejat Üner

Bird seasons in Europe tend to be open in the autumn, winter. Not 100% sure but I don't imagine you will be able to do,this hunt in April.

Just wanted to say thanks for the excellent customer service. Ordered some 9.3x62 brass and the delivery was a little short. An email through your website Contact Us link was replied to the next day with the tracking info for the correction. Good pricing coupled with great customer service will see returning customers every time. Thanks again!
