I currently have a red dot on my .450, and I still agree with you. The single square bridge is a killer. For 16k I would like to at least have the option of mounting a regular optic on the gun. They offer the .416 rigby with a double square bridge, but not for the .450 rigby.

Mauser 98 Magnum in 450 rigby has double squre bridge. May be R igby uses different action. I was told Rigny's use barrelrd Mauser 98 magnum actions.

No idea not mine but one sold so far as you will discover 50 percent import charges may restrict the guns arriving - just saying ! I only export to USA antique guns less paperwork and BS - though I might start on Safari rifles as prices seem sometimes OK !

Parker Hale are some of the most underrated rifles available - I have a modest collection (20) of them very accuracte and proper CRF - should sell for 2x what they do on value however - everyone wants creedmoor - However their Safari calibres sell very very well I have noticed !

Yes, I am reading the same. Its basically a "VX5.5HD". VX5HD glass, but 1-6x like the VX6HD.

I imagine, the originally $1399 price point was probably a tough pill to swallow for a true LVPO that was meant for patrol carbines.

This will be perfect for my X-bolt in 375HH.

Super fast shipping too. I ordered today and will have tomorrow.

I’ve owned one of them for a couple of years. It’s a great scope; I have it on a Kimber 308 Win. It’s bright, clear, and dependable. I actually like it better than a couple of Swaros that I have.
