Need help. I have a 450-400 NE regulated with Hornady in DGX at 2050 FPS. How much can I increase FPS and still have good regulation?

Why, an extra few fps won't make it more effective. That cartridge made its reputation at what your factory does.
First get to an acceptable R/L group at 50 meters that you are happy with. Then keep increasing the powder charge until the R/L group is no longer satisfactory.
That being said, I'd stop at good accuracy rather than increased FPS.
