Advice on tipping PH and camp staff in South Africa

Hello, I'm hoping some of the more experienced hunters here can help with advice on tipping in South Africa. Here is my trip overview.

5 hunters in South Africa
7 day hunt.
Probably 2 PHs, possibly a 3rd
Tented camp with staff

My question is what is are reasonable/good tip for a full week for each hunter to expect to pay for the PH and then for any support staff in camp (cook, trackers, housekeeping etc)? I'm assuming the service and experience are all good.
