Have you looked on eBay? Usually lots of older, gloss scopes available at decent prices.

Leupold special order program is pretty reasonable if you want special finish and reticle too.

Leupold's custom shop has not been taking orders from the public since late 2019. I ordered a VX5 HD with a gloss finish in late 2019, and a couple weeks after ordering it, I decided to order another one, but they had closed the custom shop (Not the custom dial shop). I'm on a list to be notified when they will once again make a custom finished scope, but as of today, it's still not available. A used gloss Leupold is your only option, however, I remember finding a company which puts a custom colored (including gloss) finish on new Leupold scopes and then sells them. The prices were reasonable. Sadly, I can't remember the name of the company. Try an internet search for gloss Leupold scopes, and be prepared to be directed to a lot of sites which will read "Out of stock". Eventually, you'll find the same retailer, I just referenced.
