Interesting to read this article compared to the Daily Mail article about hunting. This one is factual with no opinions or adjectives, a human interest story. The latter using words like "blood sport", "slaughter" etc. in trying to influence the audience negatively about hunting.

After reading the article above the audience is intrigued about hunting in Africa. After reading the second the audience is ready to go hunt some hunters.

How things have changed in regards to hunting and media in some 50+ years.

Thanks for posting Jerome. What is interesting is the totally matter-of-fact way that the writer discusses hunting. As recently as the mid-60s, there seems to be a total lack of prejudice against hunting.

The other thing I notice is that, again, as recently as the mid-60s, lion and rhino were among the most popular animals to hunt. They might be as popular today - if only they were reasonably available and at a reasonable cost!
