I recently took this beautiful pre-64 model 70 in on trade. It is chambered in 375HH and has quite a bit of custom work. Beautiful engraving job on the action (looks 60's or early 70's), muzzle break, QD European claw scope mount, and a nice Swarovski 4x scope sitting on top. If you would like more pics or a video, please feel free to ask. I think you'd be hard pressed to find a nicer rifle at this price point. $2850 obo shipped and insured.

I can provide references of people I have done business with on this site if needed.

Rob and I have done some trading in the past and I would not hesitate to do so again. First class all the way!

Looks like there is no muzzle brake but magna ported.

Lovely rifle, the S/N says original date of manufacture was most likely late 1961 or early 1962.

Yes, magna ported.....

Love the engraving

Hi Joshlee0518 (please let me know if you are fine being addressed like that),

Thought I would drop you a PM. It is super exciting to plan a hunt and we are more than happy to assist you. Have you given any thought yet to which species you would like to take?

What do you hunt usually and which weapons/calibers are you using?

Look forward to swapping experiences and ideas.

Happy hunting - Daniel

Is this rifle sold? If not what is the weight of it and do you know if there is enough difference in diameter between the 35W and the 9.3 to allow for a rebore to a 9.3x62 which is what I am after?
Thanks,
Gary (Just down the road in Springfield)
