@Null754 - what is the intended use for such a shotgun? If you want a truly light and useful shotgun the Benelli UltraLight at 6.1 lbs and the Franchi Instinct SL is 5.6 lbs are great options but neither are pumps. Lightest pump I know of is the Win SXP that’s around 6.8 lbs.

This is another option but it's a tight fit. The bolts would stay installed on the stocks and there's plenty of cushion in the top foam to allow them to stick up a little bit. After looking at the picture, I might be able to move the scopes further from the edges to protect them a little more.

Why is this not practical? I'd think a SxS with ejectors would be incredibly practical.

My 375H&H weighs 3.5 Kg as a bare rifle and I'm considering adding a Blaser RD20 (195 grams). If I add a sling and 4 cartridges it should be right around 4 Kg. That would be pretty ideal for me.
