  • Hi Victor,

I don't know if is bad manners or taking liberties but I'm in a bit of a tight spot with my gun licenses. I need to have two landowners give me a letter that I have hunted or are welcome to hunt on their properties. The trouble is that my licenses have to be in by close of business on Thursday (38 hours from now!!)... I was hoping you could point me to someone that would be able to help.

    Regards
    Gary
Been digging around into various Sponsor safaris provider sites. I like this one, particularly the various optional activities, which my wife would enjoy, and the reasonable trophy fees. Anyone herein have experience with Karoo Wild Safaris?

I hunted with Karoo Wild Safaris last year and have booked again for September this year.
Their hospitality and food was second to none. The hunting exceeded all of my expectations. The range of species and quality of game available through Karoo Wild is something I never got used to seeing.
My wife and I loved the personalized service that the staff of Karoo wild offered.

I'm unfortunately on a diet. Presently in VA hospital as Agent Orange finally caught up with me. Cancer and I no longer can speak. If all goes well I'll be out of here and back home in Thailand by end of July. Tough road but I'm a tough old guy. I'll make it that hunt.

Nice one there. I guided for mulies and elk for about 10 or so years in northern New Mexico.

Business is the only way to fly. I'm headed to SA August 25. I'm hoping that business isn't an arm and a leg. If you don't mind, what airline and the cost for your trip. Mine will be convoluted. I'll be flying into the states to pick up my 416 Rigby as Thailand doesn't allow firearms (pay no attention to the daily shootings and killings) so I'll have 2 very long trips.
