I am voting for whomever has the intestinal fortitude to overhaul the tax code. Make it simple... 3x5 card. I made XXXX, paid YYYY, tax is ZZZZZ. I either owe or are refunded some amount. I know, crazy talk since we are at the tipping point of more not paying than are.
