Based on that serial number, I believe this is one of the FN-BACO guns from the South Carolina plant, correct?

I believe that means it is a post-2013 build, after FN moved the assembly from South Carolina to Portugal. The Portuguese have been making firearms for a long time, and this vintage of Model 70's are excellent quality (some would argue that they are the best ones yet).
