China is not happy with all the impoverished North Koreans fleeing across the border into China. Also, if they did this they could install a puppet government in Pyongyang.

The CCP doesnt exactly have an open border policy, nor do they recognize North Koreans as refugees, they just send them back when caught. And, they dont stay in China. They are simply trying to get to SK. The "all" number you reference is miniscule. If countries started wars based on illegal immigration the US would have invaded Mexico long ago.

I also believe that the CCP has already have installed a puppet government in NK.

Ever notice that whenever things are tense between the US and China that NK then suddenly chooses to do rocket tests? Weird coincidence, dont you think ?
