Fathers Day Came A Little Late

My daughter had to work over the weekend and couldn't finish painting the fish till today. I made the lamp. The creel and lure box were my dad's. His spinning reel disappeared years ago. He mostly used the creel for fly fishing but his fly reel is already on the wall with granddad's bamboo rod. I picked up the old casting reel at a gun show in April.

The lure visible in the creel lid porthole is actually the fob for light switch pull chain. Barbs are cut off and hooks curled in for safe handling.
