Not sure where in Travis County home values are decreasing? It’s not, Lake Travis, Bee Caves, Dripping Springs, Terry town, West Lake Hills, downtown, East Austin along 35. I made the tragic mistake 35 years ago of not purchasing a lot in Lakeway because it required an aerobic instead of a standard septic, and now everywhere requires aerobic

There was such a property south of the DFW area some years ago and we drove our kids through it back then. Been too long to remember any more.

I hate our! In less than 2 years we have spent over 3k. New pump, New sprinkler heads, had to have the aerator pump rebuilt, and the county requires us to have a maintenance contract on it (San Pat). It has been a PITA.

If home prices continue to decrease as they have for the last 3 months in Travis County, you will be looking at a 36% decrease in prices in 1 year; just look at the inventory from July 2021 - July 2022
