Wow - that would be a very incredible hunt! What dates are available?

There are dates in the latter half of June as well as July and August.

Hi James,

What airport or you doing the transfer from? How far is the ranch from the airport?

If you bring a hunting buddy can each hunter shoot 1 dugga boy and one cow buffalo for the $15,999?

Morning

We are about 1½ hours drive from OR Tambo.

The price is 15999 for the four buffalo and you and your hunting buddy/companion can slice and dice the package whichever way you like.

This once-in-a-lifetime special is still available

Taken this morning...

Do you happen to have any pictures of what would be considered “cull” bulls?

Is anything under 45” and hard bossed a cull? :). Seriously, great offer. What is the general criteria a cull bull?

There are several reasons for culling and the bulls we are offering meet some or all of them.

Firstly, it is a bull displaying genetics that are not desirable in our breeding programme, secondly it might be a mature or older bull but simply not getting bigger (hornwise), thirdly it might be a deformed or worked off horn, fourthly it might be a bull causing havoc amongst the other bulls or breeding herd.

Typically these bulls have hard bosses and range in size from 36 to 40 ish.

Hope that helps

What a fun package. If you love Buffalo this would be a blast. Timing is wrong for me but I’m gonna watch this for another occasion.

All guns or could some bow chances be taken?

Most buffalo bulls these days go for over $10K. Cows I've seen at $2200 to $3K. So this is typically about a $25K package. Seems a heck of a deal. However, ten days might be pushing it. I hunted four days last August for a designated cow cull on only 4K acres and couldn't get a shot. Culling is not always as easy as many guys think.

Just curious, if the hunter(s) are unsuccessful shooting all four animals is a discount considered? I would think if they manage to shoot two bulls they probably got their money's worth. Cows are more or less thrown in. However, if they can't kill a bull ...

Nice offer. I assume other animals can be added from a price list? If so any additional daily costs would apply? And how much?

What is the hunting method? Spot and stalk, tracking, or blind?

Yes. No additional daily rates apply, unless you extend beyond the 10 days.

Thanks again for your support on the Rhodesian Shotgun thread. From the amount of "LIKES" it received, it appears there was only ONE person who objected. Hes also the same one who continually insisted on interjecting his posts that werent relevant to the thread.
