I'm contemplating a leopard hunt in Zimbabwe and would appreciate member input on their experiences with Martin Naude and/or Tokoloshe Safaris

I know I’d be all over this if my wife’s health was better.

Hi,

You wanted to notify anyone interested Martin Naude had unexpected cancer surgery 28 aug. He will not be doing the next hunt starting 31-8-18.
Hopefully he will be doing the following hunt in two weeks.

Our client Craig is unaware of this situation since he left the 28th and is lost in transit somewhere, but trust he will be properly taken care of with another great zimbabwe PH!

Cheers Lon Denney

I wish him a speedy recovery

+1

Sorry to hear Lon—recovery can be quick. All the best jacques
Thank you, It should be a lesson to all of us baseball caps may look cool, but the sun kills slowly wear a floppy or a sombrero if not for yourself then for the people who care ( and just to piss the greenies off)!

Martin was out for hunt # 2 which produced a 40" buff. He will be back for #3 now the competion will be on for who produces the biggest buff of the season!

Just seen Martin Naude , had a quick chat , he is well and all clear which is great ... in fact it’s a small world the client he just finished hunting with will be hunting with me next year...

Lon, how about some new pictures of the tent camp with a hyena or leopard walking through it:ROFLMAO:!
How does your wife like her new 404 Jeffrey AHR? Has she taken anything with it yet?
Looking forward to hearing about how your season is going.

We are looking forward to having Martin back in one week to start the next hunt, and the following hunt. Then he will do 10 days of baiting for the leopard hunt, hopefully a first nights kill!

Hello everyone who is watching this thread. We have two days off, the first days off since May.

Hunting has been tough, weather hot and not much water for game. We will give you an honest update at the end of the season. Since our camp is completed we will be starting our hunts as early in the year as possible. Again we will stay away from "plains game hunting". We will be doing our first leopard hunt in the conservancy in less than three weeks. There is a huge male that we have been tracking, hopefully we will be able to be just a little more clever. We do not have any trail cam pictures except the inside of a hyena mouth, need I say more!

Howdy Lon
With you, your wife, and Martin all in recovery mode I’m wishing you all the best. Haven’t seen your email with next years offers, perhaps you have been too busy. Looking forward to fishing for tigers with you. God willing and the creek don’t rise
Jacques

Out of all the different color variations of Impala the black Impala just stands out with its beautiful pitch black hide.

Impala is one of the animals you will see all over Africa.
You can see them in herds of a 100 plus together.

This excellent ram was taken with one of our previous client this past season.
