Thinning out the safe..Hate to let this distinguished Old Gentleman go but he needs some fresh air this duck season or next Turkey Season! Born 1939 and of Nickel Steel..This stuff just doesn't rust but shows its use as you can see. Action is tight and crisp and bore is excellent. Not alot of Heavy Ducks around especially with the 32" barrel AND the Solid Rib. Not sure its the original stock as it is English style (13.25"lop)over Pachmayer Pad...Corn cob forearm ...Not a Museum piece but definitely a hunters tool! Pre WW II, if these old classics could talk...$1550 shpd includes the leather/canvas Moose NRA 52" case..The photos tell the rest of the story

When I was a high schooler, one of our duck hunting group used his dad's Mod 12 Heavy Duck 3". He was the envy of us all. Made in a day when they still used milled steel, and didn't know how to cut corners. I acquired one when I was 40, and have used it hard ever since. Never been disappointed. Someone on this site will realize it is not just another box-store pump, and buy it. Best of luck with the sale........................FWB

I have the same old beast. Was my guide gun back in the day. I probably still shoot it better at waterfowl than anything else in the gun room.

If I didn't have a safari to pay for.....
Send half now..I send you the gun and when you get back send the other half! (Or take me with you..I have a new 600 almost done and we can test it on some Black Death!)
I want to to go to a appreciative owner user!!

I have one of these great old guns, used heavily before the days of steal shot. Back in the duck point system days in 2 days I killed 20 lesser scaup on 20 shots. Scaup were 10pt birds and the limit was 100pts.

Hello, My wife and I hunted with Marius 2 years ago. He fit us into his schedule after a different outfitter "bailed" on us. He was always very good with communications and although we didn't end up meeting him personally, he called us multiple times during our hunt to make sure things were going well. We were very happy with him.

Reach out to the guys at Epic Outdoors.

They will steer you right for landowner tags and outfitters that have them.

I have held a membership with them for years and they are an invaluable resource.

Way better that asking random people on the internet...WAY better

Skydiver386,

Did you ever find your 30-06 CZ550? I own a fairly solid conditioned one, if you wanted to talk.
