Nice rifle, I have a Right Hand. A couple years ago you could get them in pristine condition for $800. However, I've seen them go as high as $1500 on Gun Broker recently due to market demands. Left Handed makes for fewer buyers and can knock the price down a bit. The VX3 scopes hold their value on Ebay. I don't think this group is going to believe it to be as valuable as the Gunbroker crowd does though.

If selling the package here, I'd probably start out at $1300

I’m lefty, I would pursue buying from you if currently for sale, at a premium.

Last couple I’ve seen go over the last 2 years have been anywhere from $800-5500, for basic models to Winchester custom shop. Fair price and I think a good average for others I’ve seen sold, $1500-2500 depending on buyer. Left handed magnum length actions are becoming harder to come by, by the day.

@BendeS

As a new member, could you share a bit about yourself, where you're located, provenance on the rifle, why you're considering selling, any hunting you've done, etc.

Thanks,

John

I think a M70 left hand 375 is worth more than $1300. Try to find a new one.
@sgt_zim aren’t out a lefty, can you shed some light here?
Yeah, I would pay more than 1300 for a M70 LH in 375, esp. since Winchester doesn't, and hasn't for a while, make anything in LH.

No idea, I'll bet getting it conveyed to right hand would cost a bit.

as a left handed rifle shooter and having to adapt to right hand rifles in my earier hunting years. as they became more available, i picked up a few. ruger md 77 hawkeye in 300 win mag-- md 70 in 7mm mag-- md 70 in 300 win mag-- md 700 rem in 7mm08-- CZ md 452 in .22 and a 1953 md 12 in12ga with a left hand safety added.

I bought a Model 70 Safari Express new about 4 years ago and paid around $1600. Put a Leupold scope on it and sold it to a friend for an African hunt and gave him a buddy price of $1800.

I would think that in today's market $1800-$2200 and with the scope and mounting system $2500 wouldn't be too much.

Your 2k average is about the same as mine!

Easily $2,000-$2,500USD... Which sucks, as I'm a Lefty, they make us pay through the nose... A Left Hand version generally goes for at least a Grand more than a Right Hand model...

@BendeS...Send me a PM with your personal contact information so I can verify you are who you say you are, since you are a new member and have no history here. I am not even a lefty, but will buy it tomorrow at one of these low prices some of our members are estimating.

That's the truth

I wish I had the funds, I'd be fightin' the lot o' you over that one... Never had a Left Hand Bolt Action...

Regarding Senga Senga. Brad Clemens. Do your research with him. He owes people money…took deposits, no hunt! Two words, for anyone who wants to hire him…..background check. His character shows and this character follows every aspect of his life. Not to be trusted at all!
