What happened to Safari Press and Rowland Ward?

I think worldwide hunting books is the new site from them. Do not know if they sell new books. Rowland ward is still active. They have their own website

Mr. Ludo Wurfbain sold Safari Press recently to "Rowman & Littlefield". You can still buy the Safari Press books from them (the trade editions).

Yes, Worldwide Hunting Books is a branch of Safari Press and sells old hunting books and the remaining limited editions of SP. And Sports Afield and Rowland Ward also belong to Ludo Wurfbain.
I hope that Rowland Ward will publish big game hunting books again, apart from the "Records of Big Game".

It's really sad that alle the main hunting book publishers are gone now: Amwell Press, Trophy Room Books and now Safari Press. I hope that some hunter/authors will self-publish their memoirs - like Robin Hurt or John Sharp.

This is Daniel from Mankazana Safaris.

I saw your post regarding a hunt in Africa. I am sure you have been bombarded with messages and replies from other outfitters, so I will keep this one quick.
I have a feeling we have exactly what you need for a first safari.
If you'd like to hear more, please don't hesitate to reach out.
