Hello All:
Looking for Pre 64 Model 70 or Sako 85 in .375 H&H.
Does someone have something they are not using and would like to move?
Please DM.
Thanks!

just a few of them,
just curious why a pre 64? New production CRF m70 is reported to be very well made.
If you just want a pre 64 I certainly understand that too

I have one - I have a .375 double and I want a bolt with a scope for plains and just one caliber.

I like the tradition and the gun

I agree on the new Winchesters. Had 4 now and they all work.

I think it was Tony458 that had ejection problems with a Sako 85 in .375 H&H. Kept hitting the scope and falling back in the action. My 85 spent 6 months at Beretta to solve its ejection problem.

I have a 1950's production M70 375HH custom stocked by Nelson Forsythe in beautiful Circassian walnut that I plan to list tomorrow after I take some pics. I will price it right for you. It's laughable to think one of the newer CRF M70s is even close. Better do some research.

Plus one on the Caprivi! I have one just like this. It’s very accurate, feeds well, and looks great. It’s a better made gun than most of the Winchesters I’ve owned.

I believe I have an 85 in 7mm as well as 375 at the moment that are both sitting new in box for quite a while.

Thank you. When you see their factory build sheet of features they did it right.

Is your Kimber Caprivi still available? I’m new to the forum but planning my first hunt and the Kimber Caprivi is a dream gun. Let me know! I’ll send a PM :)

This is the 1950 M70 375HH custom stocked in incredible Circassian walnut by Nelson Forsythe that I planned to list today. It's part of a 3 gun set I had him build for me and includes another 1952 production M70 in 270 Win. and a M52 rimfire sporter. I have struggled with it all day. I just can't bring myself to break up the set. Too many memories from elephants to Kodiak bears to squirrels. I have to sell them as a set.
That Kimber Caprivi is a really nice rifle.

That’s a beautiful set, lots of stories I’m sure!
