I have clients looking for a hunt in Namibia, July, 2017. They wish to hunt for 5 days and spend 3 days in Swakopmund (Fishing, relaxing, sightseeing).

They are 5 couples, so 10 people in total. Only 4 out of them are hunters and with different hunting wishes.

The 4 hunters could go by with 3 PH’s as 2 out of the 4 hunters are beginners (can be offered package deals), the third hunter would go for regular plains game and the forth hunter is concentrating on cats (Cheetah, Civet, Caracal).

Please feel free to offer what is available for this period of time and under requested conditions.

Please indicate the prices, explicit information about the accommodation, availability of animals and potential success rate at cats.

I think if you look in the deals section, you'll find what you need.

Reinis,

I think you should really get in touch with Roy Van der Merwe at Otjandaue Hunting Safaris (otjandaue@iway.na +264 64 570821 or Cell: +264 81 288 1882).

I have hunted in two occasions with him and can tell you that without a doubt that you will not be dissappointed. Roy & Janet run a very nice hunting farm which is a short 2.5 to 3 hour drive from the airport. Everything there is great, you could not hope for better hosts, camp grounds, trophy quality and tablefare. Also Janet offers a great in house taxidermy service.

I am sure he can accommodate all the wishes of both the hunting and non-hunting members of your party.

Any further references, please, do not hesitate to contact me at any time.

Regards!

I'm not sure what cats you want to hunt but it's a little late to hunt a leopard for 2017 and all other cats require special permits that are not being issued.
Check out Aru Game Lodges. They are the best bet for groups like you mention and do the best job of organizing side trips.
Regards,
Philip

Dear Reinis

Hope all is well. We can easily accommodate 10 people at our hunting area close to the Etosha National Park. Given the magnitude of our operation we shall not have a problem accommodating your group. That coupled with our pledge of delivering authentic African safari experiences, should be a guarantee for your success and satisfaction. We also happen to have a office in Swakopmund which makes logistics easy.

Please send us email at magdel@gametrackersafrica.com with more information regarding the group.

Thank you.
Hope to hear from you at your soonest
Magdel Oosthuizen

Nugget here. A guide gave me the nickname as I looked similar to Nugent at the time. Hunting for over 50 years yet I am new to hunting in another country and its inherent game species. I plan to do archery. I have not yet ruled out the long iron as a tag-along for a stalk. I am still deciding on a short list of game. Not a marksman but better than average with powder and string.
