WANTED: Cheap Place to Hunt in South Africa

Hi Guys,

I'm currently studying in Cape Town, and as I am a hunting and bush lover, I would love to be able to do a small hunting trip during my holiday (end of June 2015) and shoot one or two plains game. The problem is that as I am a student my budget is limited. I think that hunting is cheaper further up to the north of South Africa.
I would like to know if any of you know a cheap place to stay and hunt for few days somewhere next to Joburg, Limpopo, Eastern cape or anywhere else?

There is a thread on here from Karoo Safaris who are near Port Elizabeth. I hunted a great cull hunt with them last year. They are not very expensive and are still advertising. Tell Victor that Steve from England recomended him.

We do have a 4 day hunt near Johhanesburg including 3 full days hunting one Blue or Black wildebeest, one Blesbuck and one Impala. Total $ 1270,00 all trophy animals , We do have 19 more species in the same area including Buffalo and Sable.
Included
We include a rifle for the hunt ammo at cost price.
We will serve traditional South African food, early morning will consist of coffee/ tea, toast, cereals and
rusk,cold meats and cheese.
11 o’clock brunch beacon ,eggs sausages and toast, coffee / tea and juice.
Dinner typical South African food.
All transportation to and from airport and in the hunting area.
Service of a licensed professional hunter.
Hunting vehicle and support team.
Soft drinks
Laundry services every third day .
Rifle and or shotguns if needed.
Rifle import permits at airport.
14 % Government tax on daily rates .
Johannesburg will be the pick-up airport.

Any air travel .

That has to be the cheapest offer I have seen. 3 days hunting and 3 animals? That wouldn't even cover most normal outfitters day rates. Goodluck.
