Wanted 416 Rigby Or Remington

I am helping my hunting partner locate his first DG rifle. We spent a couple days at the SCI convention talking to a bunch of folks including but not limited to Duke at Gulf Breeze. We have a buff hunt in Tanzania in October and he has set his heart on a 416 (rigby or rem mag) but open to different makes with a budget topping out at about 7K. I am still new here on this forum but thought I would ask on his behalf as he seems to be a bit low on budget for a Dakota but is having a difficult time sourcing the elusive model 70. If anyone has a rifle in good condition that they are looking to part with please let me know.

At your/his budget of 7k, you are limited to a Model 70 in 416 rem or a Dakota.

Well there are CZ 550 Safari magnum in 416 rigby, Ruger RSM 416 Rigby iless than that buget comfortably.

Question on the length of pull because it seems short. The way he’s describing it are we supposed to add the length of pull to the recoil pad?
