Hello, I ordered a very basic Mossberg ‘Patriot’ in 375 Ruger to try out. I would rather start with loading myself than using factory ammo. As most know, brass is scarce right now.

Just checking if even 15-20 cases are available to get started. I’m here in WI, move around a little. I have a few things to trade or can pay the current going rate. Thanks.

Be tender with that Patriot! I bought one in .375 Ruger when they were first offered and had the walnut stock, which was later discontinued due to cracking issues. The new stocks fixed that issue, but the plastic magazine well remains a weak point. If you torque those bottom screws too much it’s guaranteed to split where the plastic well contacts the receiver. Mine is still ok, but I’ve only fired reduced load Nosler 260s in it and never removed the stock.

Ok, just checked. I can spare 15 new Hornady unprimed .375 Ruger cases. PM me.

Just an update, 1st of all ‘Thanks’. I didn’t receive any but I have enough in the pipeline to get started. I realize 375 Ruger brass is scarce now. I’m just stepping aside for the next who may need some.

My gun will be here soon, as an aside, my 284 Win is ready for the MI deer season. The 375 Ruger is a special interest, may be on an elk hunt in the next year or so.

I am looking for 375 Ruger brass as well. PM me if you have some, you would part with.

Reza Call me any time you want to talk about Elephant. hunting and CMS.
I've hunted two Elephant with CMS.
In 13 African safari's and an equal number of North American hunts, BUZZ is the best guide I have ever hunted with.
