I got these fotos sent to me by a friend .
Two young bulls dueled to the death.
The kudu rut is not anything like a deer rut. They are still very much aware of their surroundings to a large degree and cannot be called in like deer or elk.
The grey ghosts always stay elusive but we do find them locked together like this every so often
