US Leopard Importation Lawsuit

Hate to be the bearer of bad news, especially since I have a leopard hunt planned for 2021.

I have already reached out to Safari Specialty Importers and am scrambling to gather other info as well and will let you all know what I find out.

SSI responded promptly, as they always do, with the following info:

"Past similar lawsuits have not stopped USFW from processing or issuing permits. Safari Specialty Importers has seen no moves from USFW to stop or slow leopard permits at this time, and we are in constant communication with USFW representatives to stay up to date on their actions and policies"

Hopefully this suit goes nowhere for the sake of the animals (and hunters) as we all know the real results of stuff like this

Another group of bleeding heart greenie tree huggers having a bitch.
As hunters we have an obligation to see that these animals are not placed on their list and that WE as hunters protect then for our future.
I feel as hunters we have been p proven over and over again to have animal welfare as our top priority and would do nothing to endanger our sport.
HUNTING IS CONSERVATION.
