All, just an FYI on my "baby," the Uberti Courteney (.303 British and .45-70 calibers available so far).

As we speak, a set of Talley screw-lock rings are en route to Gardone, Italy, where I'm having the factory look into doing away with the Weaver-type slots in the quarter-rib in favor of this much more discrete scope-mounting system.

Should (as I believe) this come to fruition in the course of 2022, I will make the new rib also available as an accessory for those who already have the rifle, together with the "clean" rib with no provision for scope-mounting that is already on the market.

Would have done this sooner, but the factory has been literally swamped with back-orders, with small suppliers having a tough time dealing with the pandemic. We're seeing the light at the end of the tunnel, though.

Happy 2022.

Do you still have the Browning 1895 and do you want to sell it? I'm might be interested. If so please let me know and do you have any pictures?
