Hi all,
I got a decent deal on a trijicon Huron 1-6x24 off of midwayusa and received it today. When I took it out of the box and looked through it set on 1x, I noticed a slight fish eye effect around the extreme periphery. As soon as the power goes up off 1x the effect disappears. Is this something you guys have experienced with this scope? I’m wondering if I should send it to trijicon to look at or if this is common? I realize it’s not a high dollar optic but I expected better from them.

Thanks for your time,
Voodoo

Call their Support/Customer Service line and ask them… It seems unusual.

Contact TrijiconIf you have a question about your order, please reach out to our Customer Service team at 1-800-338-0563.

All Trijicon products are designed in Michigan and have the same stringent quality processes applied to them, including the Science of Brilliant® testing methodology. All Trijicon products are backed by our limited lifetime warranty.

I agree, it does seem odd. I definitely will give them a call.

I have a Trijicon Accupoint TR25-C. I bought it from one of our members and mounted it on my 450 Dakota. I’ll take a look though it and see if it has the same effect… They seem well built.

Thanks! This is the first low power trijicon I’ve bought, granted it’s also on the lower priced end, but I just wouldn’t expect that from even a “lower end” trijicon.

I contacted Trijicon yesterday and had a less than stellar first impression with customer service. When I talked to the customer service tech, he seemed pretty uninterested overall with the issue and said “I haven’t heard of that complaint, but you can send it in if you want.” And that was the extent of his conversation with me. I filled out the repair request on their website and am still waiting to hear back with a shipping label. To be continued it seems.

Hi Lance, Hope you well. I collect Mauser rifles and they are very much part of my cultural history in Africa. Would you consider selling the rifle now a year on ? I'd like to place it in my collection of Mauser rifles. Many thx

I saw where you hunted elephant with backcountry safaris in Zimbabwe.
Was looking to book an elephant hunt and wanted to know how your hunt went
and if you would recommend them.

Thanks
Mike
hi, do you know about lions hunters, leopard hunters, and crocodiles hunters of years 1930s-1950s
I'm new to Africa Hunting. I would like to purchase a Heym 450-400 double rifle. I'm left-handed but would prefer a non-canted gun. Is anyone in the community considering parting with theirs?
