Trijicon Accupoint scopes for .375 and up

Hello guys,
Just got in a CZ 550 in 375 H&H. It came with some scope that i never heard of in a 1x6. Swift Optics or something like that. Anyway I've been looking at the Trijicon Accupoint 1x8 because I wanted a bit more reach as this rifle will be my go to for everything from Nilgai to Cape Buffalo when i get over to SA. Anyway long story short I'd like to know if any of you have any reviews on trijicons on large caliber rifles or if you recommend something else Id appreciate it.

My first buff and a bunch of PG were taken with a Trijicon. They are excellent normal light condition scopes.

Trijicon Accupoint

Does anyone have any experience with or knowledge of the Trijicon Accupoint scope. I am considering mounting a 1-4 x 24 Trijicon Accupoint with the red triangle reticle on my .458 Win Mag bolt action rifle.

@Derek049 that 1X8 I was going to run on mine. The way the scope is made and the action as large as it is. I could not make it work. It is also harder to find 34mm rings for the CZ.

I've run a Trijicon 1-4x28 on a 416 rem mag and 505 Gibbs with no issues. Great scopes.

Yeah I was afraid of that. the 1x8 wouldve been perfect.

It does cost a little more, a Swarovski 1X8 would not be bad at all. Another viable option is a1.7X13.2.

Right now I'm running a 1.7X 10 X 42 Meopita on my 375h&h. I would have no problem shooting from 10 yards to 400.

Just another option to think about. People get hung up on 1X most scopes are not a true 1X. The 1.X are usually able to be used at 10 yards without a problem. If anyone says you can't use it with both eyes open have not trained very hard. Most of my comp rifles I can shoot both eyes open and they are well over 20X.
