Above is a Venison backstrap with a orange blossum honey glaze and topped with crushed bourbon flavored pecans. (Best recipe of deer I have had so far)

Looks awesome! Could you share the recipe? Always looking for great new flavours for game meat.
Its very simple, sear the backstrap in a pan with butter until brown. Once brown put orange blossum honey on the side up and do the same to bottom once you turn it. Sprinkle the crushed pecans ontop of the backstrap. Let it rest for 10 minutes and enjoy! The glaze with the pecans was the perfect addition to the lean backstrap.

trperk1, I bought the Kimber Caprivi 375 back in an earlier post. You attached a target with an impressive three rounds touching 100 yards. I took the 2x10 VX5 off and put a VX6 HD Gen 2 1x6x24 Duplex Firedot on the rifle. It's definitely a shooter curious what loads you used for the group. Loving this rifle so fun to shoot. Africa 2026 Mozambique. Buff and PG. Any info appreciated.
