Hi ALL,

Again, I am back from Tanzania.I was hunting in the Selous game reserve.
It is still a wildlife paradise but the menace is real ... poaching is going on even on plains game, especially on the edge of the reserve. Quite sad. But no worries it is still very good.

I will start with some trophies I can show without being killed like the poor ''dentist''.

Fantastic photos as usual Christophe! Thanks for sharing. On another note, how are things in Benin with the unrest across the border in Burkino Faso?

Thank you Buff-Buster.
Well I don't know !!! I am not sure it affect Benin as the ''coup'' took'' place only in Ouagadougou. No migrants going to the other countries. I am going to Benin mid november for 2 weeks, I will let you know on my return.

wonderful photos, looks like you had a very successful trip.

I think those lilac breasted rollers is one of the coolest birds that is alive today.

Excellent photos! Especially of the buffalo....

Thanks for the info Christophe! Curios to see how long the unrest last in Burkino Faso.

That close up picture of mud caked buff is awesome!!!!

Thanks for the pics, Christophe !

Enjoy the photos and the post Christophe.

What caliber is your Blaser in the photos with the buff?

458 Lott. Great caliber and a great rifle. Short, good balance and fast to reload... a bit heavy but you get use to it quickly.

It was on the east side of the Selous, LL1, LL2, MT2

wonderful photo Christophe
