I purchased this Encore ProHunter Frame with a "lot purchase" on Rock Island Auction. I ponly purchased the lot in order to get one item I needed, and with the intention of selling the rest of the "lot". I don't know how to determine if this is a stainless steel, or a "Weather Shield" frame. Perhaps you can tell the difference from the pictures, and if you are confident in which it is, please let me know, by posting a reply, or a private message.
The frame appears to be in excellent condition, and based on the lack of wear on the striking surfaces, I'm guessing it was not shot very much. These are available online from some retailers occasionally, but they tend to be going for more due to the diminished supply. I'm asking for $425 shipped to the lower 48 states. I'm in Indiana, so if you're an Indiana resident, and would like to meet, we can talk. If you're not an Indiana resident, I will, of course, have to ship it to your FFL dealer.
I am also selling a T/C Endeavor muzzleloader barrel. It is also listed on Africahunting.com. The barrel has some issues, but shoots very well. If you purchase both the frame and barrel from me. I'll be willing to sell them as a set, shipped together, for $575. I also have a black T/C Encore muzzleloader stock set which I will include in the sale if you purchase the barrel and frame together. This stock set is NOT a Flextech stock. It is the basic black composite stock. My understanding is; the flextech stocks are designed to fit the Endeavor barrels perfectly, but the basic Encore 209x50 stock fits snug around the Endeavor barrel. I attached the forend to the barrel, and it fits, but you can see it is touching the barrel. If that's an issue for you, then you can still have the stock, but you'll want to purchase a Flextech stock elsewhere in order to have a perfect fitting set.
