Congrats and thanks for sharing!

I had no idea. Great animals and a great way to mix a hunt with a little lookieloo.

Congrats on your animals and timely arrival to catch a show before the hunts.

Congratulations. What led to you choosing Sweden for this hunt over other countries? I’m surprised you didn’t see any roe deer. Sweden has a spring season now. Early June is a really good time to hunt. I hunted that time last year for roe deer and boar just south of Stockholm.

Congrats on the Visent and the fine hunting country Sweden is .

Not many option for Biden in Europe since Poland stopped the hunting of them. ( if that have not changed back again now )

I thoroughly enjoyed my time in Sweden. Main reason that I chose Sweden was price and availability. No realistic way to do free range wisent right now. As PerH stated, Poland doesn't issue permits and I'm not going to Belarus. There are still a few other countries like Czechia that offer estate hunts.

Hey there Matt - i would love to understand some more about your bringing trophies home from South Africa in your checked luggage. My PH is holding onto a bushbuck euro and flatskin for me - and i am due back in South Africa in just over a week. He does have the export permit provided by the taxidermist for me. When you have a moment - could we go through the EDC Form and App? Looking forward to hearing from you.

Hey trogon thanks for the shipping trophys info, so this being my first time shipping ,did you hire a firm here in the states to handle the import or was that an African firm, I would be happy with a cost around 3000+.

Just finished your book (audio) and ordered a hardback for my Library. You did a wonderful job explaining the way conservation works in Africa, and my wife is interested in reading your book now. Thank you for your work.
