Hello all, this piece is being offered for sale. It is a bison that was taken just outside of Amarillo Tx. He was a very old, mature bull. The piece stands roughly 6’ tall and has a 4 to 5 foot circumference. The bison does come off the pedestal and the pedestal is equipped with hidden casters.
I mounted this Bison and all of the base and habitat was done by my company. The pedestal is covered in barnwood that was locally sourced from an old barn that was demolished.
I am offering it up for sale at $3500 firm and the sales tax has already been paid on it. I can arrange it to be delivered anywhere in the country if need be and the delivery companies I use are very reasonable.

Nice!

I am sure there is an interesting story on how you got stuck with it.

Yessir it is. I tried to give a guy the benefit of the doubt and got burnt. It’s a great piece and I’d love to be able to keep it but I have to recover my loss on it.

Good luck with the sale Erik, I know you'll have no problem selling it. Have you reached out to any of the big box stores like Bass Pro or Cabela's to see if they would buy it? Sorry you got burned on this.

Beautiful mount.

It would look great at the entrance of a store. Something the kids would really be drawn to.

The problem with most stores is that they want you to donate or loan the mount to them. They then place a plaque on it saying who it was donated on loan from

Yessir that is correct. I have reached out to a few Universities that have bison as mascots, no luck yet but fingers crossed.
