My house was largely unaffected, but my neighbors were not so lucky.

Wow, glad your home was spared. But also hope your neighbors were otherwise okay, the homes can be rebuilt/repaired.

I saw that the Tornado's have claimed 21 lives so far. Those storms are wicked, and I hate to see lives lost, and property damaged.
At least you were unscathed by the storm. .

Thank you. I am mostly worried about the low income neighborhoods north of us, there were a couple dozen people stuck in a church up that direction yesterday

That looks like a classic old home. Is this an old, historic neighborhood?

Glad you are ok.

Yeah, people who haven’t experienced tornadoes don’t understand/respect the power they have.

My cousin had 12 people staying at his ranch house for a fishing tournament; the next day a tornado came through and made that house absolutely vanish!

Somebody found a monogrammed blanket with his cattle brand on it 7 miles away and that was the only trace of that 5 bedroom house ever found.

Glad to hear that you’re Okay. So very sad for your neighbors.

I saw it really dark and stormy the other day and thought we might get some rain, but it went south of us. I saw on the news that night about the tornado. I'm two hours north of St. Louis.
Tornadoes are funny how how they can be so destructive, but right next door can be completely unscathed with the patio furniture still upright

Same tornado that hit our house--with us inside it!--erased a trailer house. The owners found less than a trash bag full of any belongings, though the washing machine tub liner was way up in a tree over a branch. Took three months for some neighbors to get it totally cleaned up.
Condolences.

Here we are, the last day of the show in Denver, it's been a good show but expecting a quiet day today. I will be back for-sure to do this show next year and maybe also do the one in Sacramento California.

On Monday I will be hitting the road driving from Denver and eventually make it down to Atlanta for the flight home.

its going to be a good year!

Hi Rem280, Saw your post on getting selected for Idaho Elk. Do you have a zone(s) selected? I live in N Idaho, might be able to offer some ideas.

Cheers,

Craig
